events here at Ever After? Summer is our favorite time of the year because
we see lots of out-of-towners from all over the country and we locals
get to beat the summer heat with the coolest hobby around: Scrapbooking.
It’s gonna’ be a bright, sunshiny June as we kickoff Summer
with some of the biggest names in the scrapbook world. We are just a
few weeks away from our Mega Event with the one and only Ali Edwards.
And just a few days after that, Allison Kreft, head artist at Hambly
Studios, will come and inspire us! We have some other big names coming
this summer so stay tuned! Michelle Hill, Marah Johnson, Leah Fung and
Candice Mclean will bring a little sunshine our way. And look for details
of our Big 8 Year Anniversary Party/Sale coming this August! Summer

A Salute to Heroes
This summer’s theme for the San Diego County Fair is “A
Salute to Heroes.” We think that’s very befitting as we
celebrate Independence Day and Father’s Day. So we’ve created
a special section in the store dedicated to our heroes. Stop by and
see us at the Fair on June 29th. Ever After will host its first Fair
Make-n-Take from 3:30-5:30 in the Crafts building. Look forward to seeing
some familiar faces there and meeting some new ones too!

An Ever After Exclusive Event Featuring Superstar Ali Edwards This is
HUGE! Ali is flying in from Oregon to hang out with us at Ever After!
Don’t be sad that she’s not teaching…that means you’ll
have more time to mix and mingle with the biggest name in the Scrapbook
World. Ali is bringing some of her personal work to share with us and
doing this all for a terrific cause. Event fee is just $30 with a significant
portion of the fee donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Guests will be treated to:
-- Wine and cheese, hors’ d ouerves, and desserts
-- A Q&A session with Ali, book signing and autographs
-- Multiple photo opportunities and an “I Met Ali Edwards at Ever
After frame.

Survivor Crop News Flash
We’ve had the biggest initial registration in the history of Survivor
Crop! We have nearly 100 avid scrappers signed up for the biggest crop
of the year, which is still five months away. That means we have five
full islands (teams) already! We anticipate this year’s event being
a record-breaking year for attendance as well as fundraising efforts.
