Ever After to Host its 6th 24-Hour Survivor Crop!
Saturday, October 20-Sunday, October 21

FACT: On average, Ever After’s Annual Survivor Crop, with the dedication of nearly 200 women, raises approximately $50,000 a year for the San Diego Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
FACT: 1 in 8 women in the United States will develop breast cancer.
FACT: At least 8 breast cancer survivors at each Survivor Crop are honored by the Komen Foundation.
FACT: In 2007, about 40,460 women will die from breast cancer in the United States.
FACT: There are about 2.5 million breast cancer survivors in the United States.

Survivor Crop is about raising awareness and funds for research to battle this deadly disease. Ever After is proud to host and sponsor an event that fosters community and camaraderie amongst women from all walks of life. They come together with one common thread: They love scrapbooking.

You can be a part of the amazing event! We need silent auction items and volunteers at the event. If you are up for the challenge of a 24-hour scrapbook marathon, we still have spots at many of our grouped islands. Don’t delay…call or email today!

You’ll board the bus and head to two premiere scrapbook stores in Southern California.
-First stop is Scrappin’ in the Hills in Anaheim Hills where you’ll be treated to a lunch and a special guest appearance by QuicKutz.

-Your next stop will be Collective Journey in Redlands.
-From there you’ll make a pit stop in Temecula for a Starbucks run (not included in price).

An Ever After First Holiday Card Swap
Saturday, October 6th 12-2 pm
What: Design one card then make 20 of that card
Where: Come to Ever After from noon till 2
How: Meet other card makers and scrappers and exchange your cards You’ll leave with lots of different card designs, all ready for mailing! (Make your card your very best work, please!)
Bonus: A Chance to Win! You can win an EA gift certificate for your design. Fellow card makers will all vote on each other’s cards.
Fee: Cost is just $5 to sign up, include apple cider and cookies.
