there was a chemist named John and a book editor named Camille who lived in beautiful Oregon. Camille spent most of her spare time creating scrapbooks that told of her quaint life in the Great Northwest. Until one day, John became weary of paying for all of Camille's "creative memories."
One day, during Camille's journeys to her hometown area (San Diego North County), she stumbled across a small scrapbook store named Elohim Memory Creations. On a whim, she left her name and phone number with the managers, should one day they decide to move on to other pastures. Six months later, John and Camille received the phone call that would change their lives forever.
Within one month, the decision had been made. The big move from Oregon to Oceanside was fast and furious. They remodeled, renamed, and reinvented the store which is now known as Ever After. Sixteen hour days, lots of hard work and dodging comments from family that they were certifiably insane, the couple beat all odds and are excited to celebrate their
eighth anniversary as North San Diego County's leading scrapbook store.
Ever After was born in May of 1999. Owned by husband and wife team, John and Camille Akin, Ever After grew from a tiny
1200 sq ft scrapbook store to a mega 3600 sq ft scrapbook
super store by May of 2001. A desire to have a dedicated workshop area and more room for shopping and for more supplies were two main factors for the store's relocation to its new
mega site, expanding it to 7200 sq ft, making Ever
After San Diego's largest scrapbook store.
Ever After is committed to bringing the latest scrapbooking supplies to its customers. We love to demo new products and proudly display new paper and sticker lines on a regular basis. We carefully watch what scrapaddicts go crazy for…and we are constantly on the lookout for new and exciting tools and treasures. We have an awesome selection of paper, stickers and embellishments.
