Enchanted Castle Mini-Album with Casey Rivas. Every princess deserves the royal treatment and what better way to showcase her majesty than in a mini-album fit for a queen! This darling album, shaped as a castle, is the perfect home for photos of your special princess. Soft tones of pink, blue, yellow and lavender adorn this treasure in the form of ribbons, buttons, rhinestones, felt, organza and more! Techniques learned in class will include the use of an exact-o, accessorizing with all types of "bling," stitching, stamping, and creating your own embellishments. $40. Supplies needed (in addition to your basic tool kit): a crop-a-dile, exact-o knife, sewing needle, sanding stick, and stapler. Adhesives in your "arsenal" should include: tape runner, liquid glue, glue dots, pop-dots (or 3-d glue dots) and a glue pen. Please note that this class requires a good amount of use of an exact-o knife, but don't let that intimidate you- you're certain to pick up a few tips on knife-work! Photos to bring: 6 wallet-sized prints (black & white is recommended) and one of these MUST be a vertical photo. If you find that you simply cannot narrow down your list of photos, this book IS expandable with further supplies purchased from the store!
